JUST THE FACTS... Q: What is ShootClubLA? A: ShootClubLA is an organization that creates Demo Reel scenes for talent. We schedule, produce and shoot scenes for paying actors with the specific purpose of creating performances that talent want to put on their personal demo reels. Q: What is the Shoot Club process? A: See the complete process here - STEP-BY-STEP Q: Can I add Shoot Club scenes to my existing demo reel? A: Absolutely! Included in the price of the scenes is editing your demo reel. This includes taking old footage and mixing it all together to create a demo reel you will be proud of Q: Can I come up with an idea for a character or a scene? A: Yes. This is what we want you to do. We will take the scenes you want to do and make them a reality. There are guidelines that we need to follow, but we want to know what kinds of characters you'd like to portray. Q: Can I write my own scene? A: Yes. However, it will have to conform to ShootClubLA standards which means it will have to be something easily shot and allows other actors to showcase their talent as well. ShootClubLA administration will have to decide the worthiness of each script on an individual basis. Q: What do I get from ShootClubLa? A: After shooting taylor made scenes, each member will get a demo reel edited, combining new and old footage. That demo will be placed online, on DVD and on a CD for future editing.
